Aims:` The Journal of Environmental Policy and Planning is an international journal that provides a forum for the critical analysis of environmental policy and planning. The Environment will explore the environmental dimensions of common policies such as transport, agriculture and fisheries, urban and rural policy. Policy will embrace all stages in the policy process from formulation to implementation. Planning will address the interaction between governments and markets, the strategies of non-governmental organizations and business in relation to the environment, and land-use decision-making´

Environmental Politics
Editors: Neil Carter, Andrew Dobson, Christopher Rootes

Aims:`Environmental politics is concerned with four particular aspects of the study of environmental politics, with a primary, though not exclusive, focus on the industralised countries. First it examines the evolution of environmental movements and parties. Second, it provides analysis of the making and implementation of public policy in the area of the environment at international, national and local levels. Third, it carries comment in ideas generated by the various environmental movement and organisations, and by individual theorists. Fourth, it aims to cover the international environmental issues wich are of increasing salience.´
